My Sweet Baby

Recently Avonlea had a 24 hour bug.  She threw up a couple times and ran a fever.  She was the sweetest sick baby.  So pitiful and drowsy.  She kept falling asleep everywhere.  When she fell asleep in the car and I tried to take her out she woke up just enough to say "No, no" and waved me off.  (I felt bad, but had to take her out.  But she fell back asleep inside.)  Of course it was a day that Maddie had preschool so I had to keep waking her up for drop off, pick up and each time she fell asleep in the car.  Fortunately she's pretty laid back and went along with it all.  She even took her Tylenol with minimal fuss.

 After picking up Maddie she got cozy on the couch with a snack and blanket.

 As her fever rose, she shed clothes and eventually her blanket.  Eventually the Tylenol did the trick.
